We work with licensed, insured trade partners across all major residential disciplines including site work, concrete, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry in Mobile and Baldwin County.
What are the insurance and licensing requirements?
All trade partners must carry current general liability insurance and any required state or local trade licenses. Specific coverage minimums are discussed during onboarding. Workers' compensation is required where applicable under Alabama law.
Does Blueprint Community Homes have a steady pipeline of work?
