How many floor plans do you offer?
We currently build from two proven floor plans — a 3 bed / 2 bath single-story and a 4 bed / 2 bath single-story with 2-car garage. We focus on a small set of plans to keep costs down and quality high. Visit each plan page for full specs, photos, and pricing.
What is the difference between your floor plans?
Our smaller plan is a 3 bed / 2 bath at 1,450 sqft with granite counters and an open-concept layout. Our larger plan adds a 4th bedroom, 2-car garage, quartz counters, tile backsplash, and upgraded cabinetry at 1,680 sqft. Both include GOLD FORTIFIED certification, LVP flooring, stainless steel appliances, and a 10-year warranty.
Can I customize a floor plan?
We build from a focused set of proven plans to keep costs down and quality high. Every home comes with quality finishes standard. While full custom builds are not offered, we'll help match your needs to the right plan.
Can I build any floor plan on my own lot?
Yes. If you own a lot in Mobile or Baldwin County — or are under contract to purchase one — we can build any of our floor plans on your property. We build throughout both counties including Mobile, Prichard, Saraland, Chickasaw, Satsuma, Semmes, Theodore, Citronelle, Creola, Bayou La Batre, Daphne, Fairhope, Spanish Fort, Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Bay Minette, Robertsdale, Loxley, and surrounding communities. We provide a free lot evaluation and upfront pricing before you commit.
What financing options are available?
Blueprint Community Homes arranges financing through our network of preferred lenders offering FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans. We help you through the entire process end to end — from finding the right program and applying for down payment assistance to coordinating with your lender through closing. Many buyers qualify for DPA covering $10,000 or more.
