Yes. Contact us through this form or by phone to schedule a tour of any available home or an active construction site at an appropriate stage. We accommodate tours throughout Mobile and Baldwin County.
What should I have ready before reaching out?
Nothing is required — we're happy to have an introductory conversation. If you want to build on your lot, having the lot address and approximate size is helpful. If you're interested in financing, knowing your general budget range helps us guide you to the right programs and lenders.
Do you help with financing?
Yes. Blueprint Community Homes arranges financing through our network of preferred lenders offering FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans. We help you through the entire process — from finding the right program and applying for down payment assistance to coordinating with your lender through closing. You don't need to figure it out on your own.
